What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized therapy plans for children from birth to age twenty-one, focusing on physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to integrate therapy skills into daily life
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to ensure quality time with each patient
- Participate in mentorship and professional development opportunities
- Support a patient-first mentality with a focus on exceptional outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for pediatric therapy and commitment to continuous learning
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Prior involvement in mentorship or clinical instruction roles
- Interest in pursuing specialized training or certifications in pediatric therapy
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) services
- Engagement in community service or outreach programs related to pediatric health
