What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatment to pediatric patients from birth to age twenty-one
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement customized care plans
- Engage parents and caregivers in therapy sessions to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to ensure focused attention on each patient’s treatment plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
