      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program for new employees
      - Design and create high-quality training content, including presentations and e-learning modules
      - Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops using various methods (in-person, virtual, blended)
      - Research and evaluate external training resources to enhance internal programs
      - Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and key performance indicators (KPIs)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience (2 or more years) in a training, learning and development, or instructional design role
      - Familiarity with various adult learning theories and instructional design models
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects

      - Experience in employee engagement strategies and training program visibility
      - Demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences through effective presentations and facilitation
