      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Jointly lead a delivery team comprising internal business SMEs, IT personnel, client stakeholders, and external integrators
      - Manage project delivery to ensure services are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
      - Document decision-making processes on behalf of clients within established project governance structures
      - Coordinate task assignments based on project plans and communicate status to clients and stakeholders
      - Participate in marketing and business development activities, including writing blog posts and attending industry conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
      - 5 or more years of experience working with federal, state, or local government in areas such as permitting or regulatory systems
      - Experience with agile software implementation methodologies
      - Experience implementing permitting and regulatory systems such as Accela, CentralSquare, or Oracle is desired
      - Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree and current project management certification (PMP or CAPM) or organizational change management certification
      - Consulting experience in a national or regional firm with public sector clients or relevant independent consulting experience
      - Prior employment with a software vendor or system integrator in requirements gathering and software testing
