      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate drug regimens of patients in nursing homes to ensure appropriate drug therapy
      - Monitor compliance with Federal and State regulations, noting any irregularities
      - Act as a liaison between the pharmacy and facility to resolve issues
      - Educate nursing staff on medication-related concerns and regulatory compliance
      - Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technicians, interns, and externs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/PharmD degree in pharmacy required
      - Pharmacist License required
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in long-term care or high-volume pharmacy
      - Advanced computer skills and experience with pharmacy operations systems
      - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
