What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform daily services and functions in a specialized role across multiple ministries
- Serve as a resource for regional and external stakeholders, solving complex problems
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards while coaching team members
- Conduct audits and monitor KPIs to identify quality improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and coordinate team member education and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a pharmacy technician or in a relevant healthcare field
- Pharmacy Technician Registration as required by the state of work location
- Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and use of vision and hearing for communication
- Must be available for day shifts and adhere to safety protocols
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with 340B program operations and audits
- Additional certifications or training in pharmacy operations
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a healthcare setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment
