What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using the Opus Health program
- Field requests related to card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting of submission rejections
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate areas
- Recognize operational challenges and provide recommendations to management as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Additional experience in patient support programs or healthcare services
