What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
- Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy
- Review patient EMRs and chart notes to ensure familiarity with their conditions
- Identify medications that require special handling and necessary supplies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 0-1 years' experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a related role
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License strongly preferred
- Licensed as a pharmacy technician in Colorado
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred
- Previous customer service or outbound call experience
