- Salary for Physical Therapist Assistant ranges from $28.00 to $33.00 per hour, and Physical Therapist salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience level

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Provide individualized treatment sessions that focus on patient-centered care
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to guide patients on their road to recovery
- Help patients regain mobility, manage chronic pain, and recover from injuries
- Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program or Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (new grads encouraged to apply)
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Interest in specializing in areas such as sports, pediatric, vestibular, geriatrics, or pelvic health
- Leadership experience or aspirations to become a clinic owner
- Participation in clinical internships or externships during education
- Additional certifications or continuing education in relevant fields
