      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Help patients regain mobility, manage chronic pain, and recover from injuries
      - Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program or Physical Therapy program
      - Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required (new grads encouraged to apply)
      - A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
      - Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
      - Ability to work effectively within a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
      - Interest in specializing in areas such as sports, pediatric, vestibular, geriatrics, or pelvic health
      - Leadership experience or aspirations to become a clinic owner
      - Participation in clinical internships or externships during education
      - Additional certifications or continuing education in relevant fields
