- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New York
- Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

- Experience in specialized areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, or Sports Therapy
- Previous mentorship or leadership experience in clinical settings
- Interest in pursuing additional certifications or specializations
