      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales targets through effective territory and sales cycle management
      - Maintain existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
      - Navigate complex sales environments and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
      - Develop and execute strategic sales plans while managing potential risks
      - Complete administrative tasks, including training modules and sales forecasts, accurately and promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ years of clinical experience (e.g., BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech)
      - Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel up to 50%
      - Strong understanding of EHS policies and quality system compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven track record as a consistent sales overachiever (e.g., President's Club winner)
      - Experience in diagnostics, point of care (POC), lab, or capital equipment sales
      - Established contacts within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and hospital systems
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
      - Attendance in multiple sales training courses and active use of effective sales methodologies
