What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex data projects by gathering and documenting client requirements and managing stakeholder expectations
- Ensure build-readiness by acquiring data sets with sufficient data points for execution
- Navigate technical roadblocks by identifying and resolving provider limitations
- Validate file contents and ensure data integrity before transitioning projects to the build team
- Continuously refine workflows and tools to streamline the discovery to build lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and project management
- Extensive knowledge of marketable securities and familiarity with alternative assets is highly preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis within Databricks
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with diverse file formats and transmission methods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of data structures and experience with various file formats (XML, JSON, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming vendor-related challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders
