  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct operational assessments and business process reviews for public safety agencies
  - Evaluate existing processes and provide tailored recommendations for software solutions
  - Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and lead collaborative workshops
  - Design and deliver training materials to enhance end-user engagement and competence
  - Act as a liaison between technical resources and customers to ensure effective communication
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
  - Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
  - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
  - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, Record Management Systems, or Jail Applications
  - Self-motivated team player with the ability to work effectively with general guidance
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Record Management Systems
  - Demonstrated ability to lead User Acceptance Testing processes
  - Strong project management skills and experience in a public safety environment
  - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
  - Familiarity with innovative process improvement techniques
