What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for the design and evolution of the platform and Marketplace solutions
- Architect and implement complex features affecting multiple teams and product areas
- Define and promote engineering standards, best practices, and architectural patterns
- Lead design reviews and act as a key decision-maker for major technical initiatives
- Drive long-term platform scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in enterprise or platform engineering
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, VB.NET, .NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, and associated technologies
- Extensive experience with UI technologies including Angular, React, WPF, XAML, and modern web standards
- Proven experience leading code reviews, technical design, and architectural initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in engineering or a technology-related field
- Experience defining and evolving large-scale platforms or developer ecosystems
- Strong background in financial systems, EPM/CPM, or enterprise SaaS products
- Experience with cloud-ready and SaaS-oriented architectures
- Multiple Azure certifications or advanced Azure expertise
