What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the evolving AI video landscape to guide product roadmap
- Enhance editing capabilities by partnering with the AI Research team to launch innovative features
- Own the recording, script generation, and translation workflows to streamline user creation directly in the platform
- Ensure the platform scales reliably for larger teams and complex workflows
- Drive the design and development of intuitive features that empower creators to produce polished, professional work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in shipping workflow products
- Strong customer focus with experience in customer discovery and defining problem-solving features
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and translate ideas into actionable products
- Attention to detail and a commitment to crafting a user-friendly product
- Excellent communication skills and a good sense of humor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in video editing or content creation tools
- Familiarity with AI technologies in a product management context
- Background in design or user experience (UX) principles
- Ability to work well in a quirky and creative team environment
- Passion for video creation and editing as a medium
