What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends
- Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and teams to gather and define product requirements
- Monitor product performance and user metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Financial Services domain experience strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable with product management tools such as AHA, Jira, and Confluence
- Background in Accounting preferred
- Knowledgeable with the Nortridge Loan System a plus
- Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting product and/or integrated suite of products
