What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the long-term vision and roadmap for Sales Channel products, including branded storefronts and marketplace integrations
- Lead the launch of new channels and integrations while managing site designs and feature sets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their sales channel visions and act as the voice of the customer in product design
- Design and manage end-to-end product delivery processes to improve predictability and reduce launch timelines
- Serve as a strategic thought leader on consistent product delivery as a key driver for market opportunity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product delivery
- Proven experience in building and executing product delivery processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience presenting strategies to executives
- Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities, including experience with API documentation and data analysis
- Grit and resilience, with a track record of overcoming challenges in a technology startup environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online sales ecosystems, including Shopify and various marketplaces
- Passion for AI and its application in product management and development
- Record of rapidly developing prototypes and launching large-scale offerings
- Experience managing engineering projects and tracking goals/timelines
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a successful side project or startup experience
