What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap
- Design and ship best-in-class features in collaboration with UX, engineering, and research teams
- Translate user insights and behavioral data into engaging front-end experiences
- Champion a rapid test-and-learn culture through prototyping and A/B testing
- Partner with Business Development to enhance offerings and capabilities through integrations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of product management experience, particularly in eCommerce, affiliate networks, or mobile apps
- Proven track record in building and scaling products with a focus on user retention
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven product decision-making
- Ability to navigate complex cross-functional environments and align stakeholders
- Passion for consumer savings, loyalty programs, and eCommerce innovation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms like Braze or Iterable
- Background in driving product differentiation through market trend analysis
- Familiarity with continuous experimentation methodologies in product management
