What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Quest Platform
- Create and manage new quests within the platform, acting as its primary advocate
- Oversee quest UI implementation to enhance user experience
- Define and track key product metrics including engagement and retention impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with various products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience as a Product Manager working on engagement, gamification, or loyalty products
- Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems (mobile, PC, console)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs
- Willingness to undergo a background check due to access to confidential company data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Engineering background
- Background in mobile gaming or game studios
- Experience with loyalty programs, gamification, or rewards systems
- Experience building platform products that integrate across multiple services
