What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and maintain HTS Assist deployments, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression QA for voice/chat bots, tracking performance metrics
- Monitor operational health and coordinate issue resolution with Product and Engineering teams
- Develop training materials and support onboarding for new partner integrations
- Serve as a liaison between operational and technical teams to align enhancements with operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, SQL, and Python for data manipulation and automation
- Understanding of LLM-based systems and conversational AI testing methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud telephony and CPaaS providers
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Product Operations working with Product and Engineering teams
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets
- Deep understanding of the travel technology ecosystem including booking systems and partner APIs
- Prior experience with AI chatbot/voicebot operations or B2B SaaS integrations
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations to influence stakeholders
