- Lead the plugin ecosystem strategy — defining how third-party developers build, extend, and integrate with the platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design APIs, SDKs, and developer tools enabling modular, scalable integrations.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal teams, partners, and external developers.
- Create and maintain developer documentation, guidelines, onboarding flows, and best practices for plugin development.
- Identify and define new plugin use cases that expand platform capabilities and support business goals.
- Shape the end-to-end developer experience by ensuring clear architecture, strong tooling, and efficient onboarding.
- Work cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Design, Partnerships) to manage the lifecycle of the plugin ecosystem — from discovery to global adoption.
- Collect developer feedback, evaluate metrics, and continuously improve platform APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer support systems.
- 5+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, platform, API/SDK, or developer-focused products.
- Proven experience working with or managing plugin ecosystems, extensible platforms, or developer tooling.
- Strong understanding of frontend ecosystems (React, TypeScript, npm) and modern web platform concepts.
- Deep knowledge of API-driven development and integration models.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and developer-ready documentation.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with engineering teams and external developers.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with Builder.io, Framer, Shopify, or other extensible builders.
- Background in frontend engineering.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, gaming platforms, or creator-economy ecosystems.
- Understanding of versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and open-API ecosystems.
- Technical degree (CS, Engineering, or related).
