      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide level 1 technical support for corporate tax software through calls, emails, and web portal requests
      - Analyze and resolve technical and software-related problems
      - Log all work activity and efficiently manage customer tickets within the ITSM tool
      - Contribute to creating and updating knowledge base articles to share information
      - Function as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure positive outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1-3 years' experience as a Product Support Specialist or in a similar role
      - Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
      - Intermediate knowledge of platforms, operating systems, and web authoring tools
      - Customer technical support experience with a focus on analyzing and resolving inquiries
      - Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic; self-motivated

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of corporate tax principles and related tax software
      - Certifications in databases, Java, or web services
      - Familiarity with ITIL principles
      - Knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems
      - Understanding of environmental variables and compilation commands for operating systems and programming languages
