      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and resolve customer concerns with AWP products
      - Provide service training and technical advice to customers
      - Collaborate with engineering on product improvements and development
      - Assist customers with the safe and proper operation of equipment
      - Ensure compliance with Terex Product Safety standards upon request

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be located in South Texas, preferably the Houston area
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 3+ years of related experience in fields such as field service or technical customer support
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Valid driving license with a clean driving record
