      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become an expert in all employer products and provide comprehensive user support
      - Respond to user support cases of varying complexity, from individual inquiries to complex API debugging
      - Communicate empathetically with diverse user personas, adapting to different communication styles
      - Manage high-urgency user issues with extreme ownership and adaptability
      - Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Experience in technical product support, particularly with API debugging
      - Strong user empathy and ability to navigate the support case lifecycle
      - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in a technical environment and familiarity with the employer's products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Comfort with command line interfaces and basic scripting (Bash, Python, JavaScript)
      - Understanding of LLM capabilities and enterprise networking concepts
      - Familiarity with SQL for querying logs and troubleshooting issues
      - Experience supporting government or public sector customers
      - Background in team lead roles or managing contract/vendor support teams
