- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to team members.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Ensure timely performance reviews for all production team members and support performance improvement plans.
- Oversee preventive and emergency repairs to machinery and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and apply 5S principles throughout the facility.
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and technical specifications.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Participate actively in the safety committee and attend monthly meetings.
- Conduct training before implementing new procedures, machines, or products.
- Establish a cross-training program to ensure each machine and area is staffed by a qualified team member.
- Ensure work complies with established procedures.
- Promote an atmosphere of continuous process improvement.
- 5+ years of production supervision in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to effectively plan production to maximize machine efficiency.
- Quality control experience.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- High school graduate or trade school preferred.
- Proficiency in production planning, troubleshooting, and quality control.
- Experience with 5S, Six Sigma, Black Belt, Machine Management, and Continuous Improvement.

Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning production to ensure optimal use of machines and personnel. This role involves managing shift efficiency, training and developing team members, troubleshooting issues, and conducting quality control checks.
