      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate high-quality professional development in English and Spanish Literacy programs for teachers and school leaders
      - Develop and maintain expertise in Amplify’s Literacy programs and related professional development offerings
      - Participate in paid remote and onsite training to become a certified Professional Learning Specialist
      - Deliver professional development sessions for approximately 30-40 educators per session during the summer season
      - Track and complete session logistics and deliverables in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in teaching and/or coaching educators in Pre-K to Grade 12
      - Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in delivering learning experiences to adults
      - Strong knowledge of best practices for implementing high-quality instruction in literacy, math, or science
      - Demonstrated ability to facilitate onsite and remote professional development in English and Spanish
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in teaching or coaching educators using an Amplify program
      - Experience and expertise in bilingual education
      - Familiarity with diverse student populations, including English learners and special education students
      - Year-round availability for continued contract work beyond the summer season
