What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take full ownership of UX-focused professional services engagements from scoping through delivery
- Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and experience challenges
- Present UX findings, recommendations, and design concepts to stakeholders at various levels
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes primarily in Figma
- Guide customers through experience improvements that support adoption, engagement, and conversion goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing UX, experience design, or UX consulting role (SaaS or professional services preferred)
- Strong foundation in UX principles, usability, and web best practices
- Proven ability to translate insights into clear UX recommendations and design deliverables
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design systems
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and annotated design artifacts
- Comfort collaborating with analytics and technical teams
