What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and determine appropriate action on alerts from various report types by analyzing account and program details
- Assess cardholder account risk using processor systems and internal tools to make informed judgments
- Manage documentation requests for blocked accounts and follow up until resolution
- Complete Unusual Activity Referral forms and submit them to the FinCrime Unit or Fraud as necessary
- Analyze and respond to Visa/MC Fraud Alerts based on program requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- 0-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills to assess account risks and determine action plans
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
- 1-2 years of experience with Credit or Debit card programs
- Strong working knowledge of the FinTech space
- Independent critical reasoning abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multi-tasking environment
