What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics
- Manage NIH grant budgets and maintain detailed financial records for audit compliance
- Plan and coordinate onsite educational workshops and oversee internship program logistics
- Manage content for the resource website and assist with communications and outreach efforts
- Maintain databases and generate reports for stakeholders regarding program metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of project/program management experience
- Certification in CRS or the ability to obtain it within two years of hire; Grants Management certification or the ability to obtain it within two years of hire
- Knowledge of NIH Grants Policy statement
- Strong attention to detail and capability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- ACRP or SOCRA certifications
- Knowledge of the IDeA program and associated funding requirements
