      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to the IDeA National Resource for Quantitative Proteomics
      - Manage NIH grant budgets and ensure compliance with federal funding requirements
      - Plan and coordinate onsite educational workshops and oversee internship program logistics
      - Maintain financial records and compile reports for NIH progress
      - Manage content for the resource website and assist with outreach materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree plus four (4) years of project/program management experience
      - CRS certification or ability to obtain certification within two years of hire
      - Knowledge of NIH Grants Policy statement
      - High attention to detail and capability to work independently
      - Experience in federal grant administration preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree
      - ACRP or SOCRA certifications preferred
      - Familiarity with the IDeA program and associated funding requirements
