      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for records management, consulting with internal and external stakeholders
      - Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the agency's records management practices
      - Develop and conduct training sessions on records management for agency employees
      - Lead the agency's records inventory process and digitization efforts
      - Assist with public records requests and related tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Six (6) years of experience in records management support/consultation at the Federal, State, or local government level
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
      - Comprehensive knowledge of public-sector records management principles and compliance requirements
      - Proven ability to develop and improve records management programs
      - Strong digital records management and technology proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or public administration
      - Three years of experience providing support in a government setting, including policy interpretation and client interaction
      - Knowledge of Washington State public records laws and procedures
      - Experience analyzing and solving problems under pressure
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
