      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Organize and implement underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs at state and local levels
      - Develop and design events to meet program objectives and conduct community outreach
      - Manage logistics and implementation of prevention programs, including training sessions
      - Recruit and train volunteers, providing ongoing support and motivation
      - Track program results, maintain financial reports, and participate in evaluation measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in community awareness, education, or youth programs related to community health
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with basic record-keeping abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with grant administration and community health programs
      - Proficiency in Spanish
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
      - Experience with fundraising efforts and community partnerships
