      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and design events aimed at achieving program objectives and providing outreach to community agencies
      - Manage the implementation and logistics of prevention programs through training facilitation at the State and Local level
      - Organize and host orientation and evaluation meetings, as well as workshops for parents and students
      - Recruit, train, and support volunteers for program initiatives
      - Maintain tracking and data collection of program results and financial reports for evaluation and improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in community awareness, education, and youth programs related to community health
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of English grammar
      - Must have demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with grant administration and community health programs
      - Previous involvement in volunteer recruitment and management
      - Familiarity with program evaluation measures and data collection techniques
