- Evaluate functional requirements and develop program documentation for reporting solutions
- Develop and validate reports using SQL Server Report Studio
- Assist with report development to promote self-service reporting capabilities
- Document report design including mapping user interface fields and values to system schema and tables
- Create recurring report subscriptions and reporting templates in Visual Studio
- Support Evergreen Release 3 reporting enhancements related to the Lifespan Waiver program
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests for data not available through the user interface
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to determine reporting needs and system modifications
- Convert technical and scientific problem formulations into formats that can be processed by computer systems
- Develop flowcharts, diagrams, and program logic to support application functionality
- Analyze and resolve issues related to feasibility, intent, or accuracy in data processing
- Participate in Agile or similar development methodologies
- Experience developing SQL-based reports and queries
- Experience documenting functional requirements and report design
- Experience supporting enterprise application reporting systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with analytic reporting tools such as Tableau Server
- Experience supporting large government or enterprise systems
- Experience supporting data systems used for program reporting and analysis

The Programmer supports The Office of Aging and Disability Services Evergreen Data System by developing reporting solutions and supporting system enhancements associated with Evergreen Release 3. This role focuses on creating SQL-based reports, documenting functional requirements, and supporting the development of reporting tools for the Lifespan Waiver program.The position involves developing reports using SQL Server Report Studio and Visual Reporting Studio, documenting report design and database mappings, and enabling intuitive self-service reporting capabilities for system users.
