      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects
      - Develop reporting aligned with U.S. Department of Energy requirements to improve operations
      - Create and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and quality of outputs
      - Conduct quality assurance and control of program processes and protocols
      - Assist in the resolution of program operation and management issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
      - 4+ years of program/project management experience related to energy program management
      - Ability to identify complex problems and implement effective solutions
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience with client engagement
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with residential weatherization best practices
      - Experience with utility DSM RES program, including custom project reviews
      - 2+ years' experience in the energy efficiency industry
      - Knowledge of residential energy efficiency and electrification technologies
      - CEM, PMP, or similar certification or the desire to obtain
