      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage large EPC projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are achieved
      - Represent the client’s interests as Owner’s Engineer, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements
      - Supervise and coordinate internal project teams for effective collaboration and communication
      - Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
      - Implement quality control measures to ensure all project deliverables meet required standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
      - Professional Engineer (PE) license
      - Minimum of 6 years of multi-disciplinary design experience in substations
      - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar design software
      - Understanding of grounding and lightning protection systems, and experience with high voltage (HV) and extra-high voltage (EHV) substation design

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with power system analysis tools such as ETAP, SKM, or similar
      - Knowledge of SCADA systems and their integration with substation equipment
      - Familiarity with protective relay coordination and settings
      - Experience with renewable energy integration and grid interconnection standards
      - Data Center experience
