      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and complex project documentation
      - Collaborate with team members to update policies and procedures
      - Partner with operations leaders to oversee Care Management initiatives, including project planning and process improvement
      - Manage implementation and departmental operations projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time
      - Monitor department-wide initiatives and document their status, outcomes, and results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in healthcare, business, public health, information technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing or coordinating projects or initiatives
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in a work setting
      - Ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Institute's CAPM or PMP)
      - Experience in healthcare-related projects or initiatives
      - Familiarity with project management software and tools
      - Proven track record of successful project delivery
      - Knowledge of data management and analysis techniques
