What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple customer onboarding projects, ensuring effective planning and execution
- Utilize project management methodologies, primarily waterfall and occasionally agile, for project delivery
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management in a timely manner
- Conduct risk assessments and manage change control to facilitate successful project implementation
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of PMO standards and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in technical project/program management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud/IT operations, software engineering, or systems engineering
- 3+ years of experience within an SAP environment
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow and SAP Focused Run
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting purposes
- Background in PMO process development and methodology improvement
- Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Ability to train diverse groups on established procedures
