What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the implementation process for healthcare solutions, including project planning and documentation
- Act as the primary liaison between the employer and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
- Track and communicate project progress, including equipment delivery, installation, and testing
- Identify and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction and operational targets
- Maintain accurate project milestone dates and create data for business metrics and revenue forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience (Field Engineer, biomedical or related field experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management, technical installation, or leading cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines in healthcare IT or equipment installations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently
- Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or Project Management Certificate
- Customer service experience in a clinical environment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and employer products
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Smartsheets
- Six Sigma certification or experience in Lean methodology
