      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of CMS IT Strategy, ensuring alignment with mission priorities and federal mandates
      - Provide program and project management support across key CMS initiatives, including Medicare Payment Systems Modernization (MPSM)
      - Lead Agile PMO operations, including backlog management and sprint planning
      - Facilitate executive-level meetings, ensuring clear documentation and action tracking
      - Design and implement communications and Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to drive adoption of IT initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
      - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
      - Proficient knowledge of CMS or CMS-like infrastructure, systems, and applications
      - Minimum 5 years of experience with enterprise-level infrastructure and strategic IT guidance
      - 3-5 years leading Agile teams and managing backlogs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting CMS or other federal health agencies
      - Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, TOGAF, and Prosci Change Management
      - Technical Communication certification (e.g., STC)
      - HCD / UX certifications (IDEO U, Nielsen Norman Group)
