What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for providers by resolving issues and demonstrating accountability
- Service providers through calls and concurrent chat in a multi-channel environment
- Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address their needs
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience with problem-solving skills
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related environment such as a call center or customer service
- Prior health care experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology
