What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit medical facilities and clinics, acting as the primary liaison with the employer
- Develop and maintain a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities through research and networking
- Negotiate pricing agreements with medical facilities within specified guidelines
- Collect and disseminate Provider Service Agreement paperwork and assist with credentialing processes
- Resolve complex issues and run advanced reports to support recruitment efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 5-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years specific to medical facility recruitment
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort with the negotiation process
- Proficiency in MS Office and common office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
