What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit medical facilities and clinics in support of the employer’s Occupational Health Services initiatives
- Develop and communicate a self-generated list of recruitment opportunities through research and networking
- Negotiate pricing agreements with medical facility representatives within specified guidelines
- Maintain professional relationships with facility providers and office staff, responding to communications in a timely manner
- Resolve complex issues and run reports to support recruitment efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and 5-6 years of experience, with 2-3 years specifically in medical facility recruitment
- Ability to participate in interdepartmental project groups to integrate activities and resolve issues
- Demonstrated comfort with the negotiation process
- Proficiency with computers and common office equipment, including MS Office products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
