      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead performance improvement initiatives by translating analytics into actionable plans that enhance provider engagement
      - Serve as a trusted coach to strengthen provider-facing communication and relationship management skills
      - Collaborate with Provider Relations leaders to reinforce best practices and consistent messaging
      - Observe and assess provider-facing behaviors, providing constructive coaching for skill development
      - Identify trends impacting performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D.
      - Strong analytical skills to identify trends and translate insights into actionable improvements
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and coach diverse audiences
      - Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
      - Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to build positive working relationships across teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Experience in a healthcare environment supporting Provider Relations or related operations
      - Experience in coaching or mentoring teams in provider-facing or customer-facing roles
      - Familiarity with Provider Relations tools and workflows, including ART
      - Strong Excel skills and experience reporting performance results to leadership
