      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and the organization, assisting with onboarding and contract administration
      - Resolve provider inquiries related to claims, reimbursements, and network policies
      - Input provider data into Salesforce and maintain accurate provider information
      - Assist with member claims issues and respond to member inquiries
      - Support plan growth and contracting efforts with new providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably an HMO/PPO
      - Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs
      - Solid understanding of the managed care industry
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service leadership experience
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and claims utilization reporting
      - Experience in provider education and re-education
