What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for dental providers regarding credentialing and contract-related inquiries
- Process new provider applications and manage changes to provider records
- Respond to provider and member inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data consistency and compliance
- Mentor peers and assist with training new hires on procedures and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 2-4 years of related experience is required
- Previous experience in provider relations or a similar role is highly preferred
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the healthcare or insurance sector
- Familiarity with credentialing processes and compliance standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
