What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a real estate analyst supporting a federal agency in managing its real estate portfolio
- Evaluate client requirements and execute necessary real estate actions
- Lead negotiations for land-use agreements and permits with relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings to develop and implement effective real estate strategies
- Prepare project management documents and decision briefs related to real estate actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal property real estate program support
- Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently
- Experience in developing project requirements documents and cost estimating
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
- Experience in federal budget planning and development
