What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, interview, and fill contract positions for healthcare professionals
- Meet daily and weekly metrics to grow and retain the clinician network
- Utilize the employer's proprietary applicant tracking system for candidate management
- Consult with clinicians to understand their career aspirations and qualifications
- Negotiate compensation packages and present candidates to Account Managers for client openings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience
- Previous sales or recruiting experience
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and maintain a home office environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with travel assignments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
- Proven track record in meeting sales or recruitment targets
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
