      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers
      - Create a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to offer
      - Own operational tasks such as posting jobs, configuring interview plans, and auditing data
      - Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve interview and hiring processes
      - Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a growing technology company
      - Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to evolving processes in startup recruiting
      - Highly detail-oriented and organized with a focus on candidate experience
      - Solution-oriented mindset, seeking answers and improvements to challenges
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating reliability in follow-through

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in early-stage startup recruiting or similar environments
      - Familiarity with recruiting tools and software to enhance efficiency
      - Background in technology or cybersecurity industries
