      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
      - Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate candidate movement and communication
      - Utilize applicant tracking systems and scheduling platforms to streamline recruitment processes
      - Screen candidates and assist with various Recruiting and People Ops tasks as needed
      - Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting strategies and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of recruiting coordination experience using Greenhouse ATS
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience with GoodTime scheduling or similar technology
      - Experience in high-demand environments, managing sensitive information with discretion
      - Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in human resources, recruiting, coordination, or customer-facing roles
      - Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar platforms
